Anaconda, Montana is one of the lesser known, yet probably one of the most fun travel destinations in the United States. You can rent a room, above the Harp and Thistle Pub for only $140 per week. No matter where you stay in the city, you will be within walking distance of almost everything in town, from any of the ten casinos, all of which offer nickel slots, to the Rocky Mountain Brewery, or the Washoe Theater, which is considered to be on of the most beautiful theaters in the country by the Smithsonian Institute. The Washoe Theater still offers $4 movies and only charge 90 cents for a small popcorn. Try to find a deal like that any where else. If you like to play golf, you can play a round at the Jack Nicholas designed course, called the Old Works Golf Course.

However, the real beauty of Anaconda is a 14 mile drive west of the town, at a site called Storm Lake. Located 8,000 feet above sea level, the lake is known for its trout fishing. If you are able to manage the hike along the east side of the lake, you will come to the Anaconda Pintler Wilderness Area. Another hour beyond that and you will reach the Storm Lake Pass, where you can continue into the tundra of Goat Meadow, or into the seemingly endless wilderness of lakes and mountains. You will usually never come across any other people, with only the bears, birds, and goats to keep you company.

Additionally, it has a much shorter flight than Cancun of Acapulco, usually with only one connecting flight. Unlike other resort beaches in Mexico, specifically Cancun, you will not find the typical spring break party goer in Puerto Vallarta. Instead you will have the time to appreciate the city’s historic district, complete with the charm of old Mexico. You can visit the zocolo, or city center, and marvel at the locals who set up their shops in the square. Whilst there is so much to see and do in Puerto Vallarta, its beaches still provide as the main attraction. If you are looking to become a flight attendant, now is the time. With a recent announcement made by United Airlines that they will be hiring over 2000 new flight attendants, the outlook for flight attendants has brightened a great deal over the last few months, and has catapulted the market to the best it has been in five years.

If you are hoping to land a job as a flight attendant, the first place you should start is with the legacy airlines. Legacy airlines are defined as any airline that has influenced the US airline industry. Due to high employment costs, skyrocketing fuel prices, competition for discount airlines, and an overall inefficiency, two of the United Sates’ largest airlines, United Airlines and Continental Airlines are looking to hire thousands of flight attendants.

If you are unable to find a legacy airline willing to hire you, your best bet is to move to the discount airlines. In an attempt to strengthen their image and holding in the airline market, almost every discount airline is hiring flight attendants, specifically, Southwest, AirTran, Alaska Airlines, and Mesa.

If you still haven’t found any airlines willing to hire you, a great option may be start up carriers. Two of the newest airlines, EOS Airlines and MaxJet Airways, have both recently hired, and are expected to hire again as they become more established in the industry. The one major advantage of start up airlines is that they always need new flight attendants, as compared to other airlines who only hire flight attendants when they are expanding their routes or growing faster than expected.

Egypt is not the only site you will experience. Depending on the cruise line you are traveling with, you may have the option to participate in on land safaris in the great African Savannah. Ride alongside grazing zebras, prancing antelopes, and if you are lucky, you may see a pack of lions, sleeping under the shade of a tree to escape the heat.

One of the best parts of travel is to visit cities and places you’ve only previously read about it history books. Three countries with strong historical backgrounds are Russia, Lithuania and Latvia so they’re popular travel destinations for history buffs.

Travelers on a Russia holiday owe it to themselves to stay in Saint Petersburg. The history of this city, starting with the days of Peter the Great and through World War II, is incredibly rich. In some parts of Saint Petersburg you can still see the devastating effect of Lenin’s Red Terror.

With a history dating back to the year 1009, Lithuania has lots of great destinations for history fans. Vilnius is Lithuania’s largest city by population and has had many moments in its past with both the Russian Federation and the German Occupation of World War II. Vilnius is a great spot for anyone interested in a Lithuania holiday.

Last, but certainly not least, is Latvia. A Latvia holiday for anyone looking for a trip down history should start in the city of Riga, the nation’s capital. Latvia has a great feudal past dating back to the 1200s and you can see plenty of the German influences on the region from that period in time.

Almost any day you can find a surfing contest going on. So all you need to do is put on your sunglasses and some sunscreen and you can enjoy an afternoon of some excellent surfing tricks put on by the participating surfers. That is a really fun and inexpensive way to enjoy a great day in Hawaii.

On Saturdays there is a great farmer’s market located at Kapiolani Community College. Visiting here on your vacation is an excellent way to be able to soak in some of Hawaii’s local culture. You will be able to find some great deals on many things here such as local produce and locally made crafts. The farmer’s market is the place to shop for all the knick-knacks and trinkets that you want to bring home to remember your vacation.
