Administrative Assistant | Miami
Position requires a minimum two years’ administrative assistant experience, with excellent typing skills and excellent 50% proficiency level in MS Word Excel, and knowledge of Access. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to work in a multi-tasked fast paced environment and have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. The primary responsibilities include administrative support for the Director of Food & Beverage Operations and the Director of Purser Administration, scheduling and organization of calendar, coordinate meetings, travel requests, purchase requisitions, maintenance of Visa monthly log, check request, and input recipes in Access. Additional duties include handling incoming calls, and other special projects as requested. A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; some college preferred.
Hours: Mon-Fri; 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
