Embarkation Representative | Long Beach, CA
Schedule: Per-Diem - Every 8th day, every other Saturday & Sunday
The Embarkation Representative works directly with our arriving and departing guests at the cruise ship terminal and is responsible for providing service in all facets of the debarkation/embarkation aspect of the cruise experience. Responsibilities include answering general questions, directing guests and visitors to the proper area and registering guests via a computer system. Must be flexible and able/willing to perform additional duties/projects as assigned. Must have customer service experience and excellent interpersonal and English verbal communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends; duties require standing 90% of the workday. Ability to speak several languages is a plus.
